Session 2 Heart Lunch: Heart Sharing our experiences, thoughts, feelings while eating together, in person and virtual attendees.

Session 3: Learning the inner meaning of the Exodus Story, of Moses leading the slaves in Egypt to freedom. Utilizing your own personal Moses, Pharaoh, Egypt and Burning Bush. Igniting, integrating and bringing all aspects of yourself into freedom.

Session 4: How to care for your newly healed, free self. How to stay in the higher vibrations on a daily basis.

Session 5 Heart Lunch: Heart Sharing our experiences, thoughts, feelings while we eat together, in person and virtual attendees.

Session 6: Discerning which song you are singing - the vibration you are emitting. Creating a pathway to continued freedom and Peace with the sacred 72 names of G-d as Moses used to part the sea.

Session with Children: Igniting Joy and your own magical inner child as attendees' children join us for the last 90 minutes of the workshop.
